I had 0 views too, when I checked on Google Analytics it was more, so I’d say the view counter is broken.

Thanks for posting this I have made a start on adding tags now and in a couple of days my views peaked up a bit too but no sales as a result yet, got to give it time 
I do believe we need views to get sales but they need to be “quality” views ie people looking to buy and coming up in searches … For example If I “stumble” a shop item or a blog post maybe I get lots of views instantly but they are not necessary going to give me sales and are often South American based in the majority.
I hope the tags will help - we need try it that’s for sure my sales on folksy are very slow and yet else where Art In Wax is hot !!! in fact I’m having the best 6 months ever with sales up to double anything I’ve done before just wish I could get people to shop here too …
