Augh, sorry – I’m having a look, now.

Hello again – sorry, it’s the same problem we’ve seen a few times in the last month. I shall have to make some time to fix the issue but in the meantime I’ve relaunched the job to generate shop frames and people should be able to see their stats in the next hour or so.
Sorry again for the inconvenience and thanks so much for letting us know!

Hello again – yes, I see an errant record, I’m just fixing it now and then will relaunch the process to generate the stats. It’ll take about 1-2 hours to complete.
Sorry about that and thank you for the headsup!

Sorry to be a pain @dougfolksy but why does this keep happening and why can’t it be fixed so that it doesn’t happen?

Hi @CreationsforTinyTots.
Sorry about that – it’s a recurring bug that I need to fix. I’m going to try to carve out some time this week to have a look into it. And, in the meantime, I’ll look into popping some sort of monitor into place so that I can catch the issue quickly, hopefully before anybody else, if it reoccurs before I get chance to fix it.
