Stats query

I somehow came across some more informative stats that showed conversion rate and other extra info not included in the basic stats. Thing is I’ve no idea how to find them again. Can someone point me in the right direction.

As you can see mine are not the best

I have no idea how you managed to get those stats up, but would be very interested in knowing, so if you ever manage to get them up again please let us know.

That’s what the stats looked like years ago before the redesign. Did you click on an old bookmark/link to the stats page?

Aww, I feel nostalgic for the old stats page now. I want it back!

Me too, the new version just doesn’t help me at all

Ooo, I had that the other day and I think I was either doing a review or checking a purchase and then it went to that page. I have no idea how or why and I can’t make it happen again!

There’s not much point if you can find it. Those stats haven’t been updated since the new stats page was released

Yes that’s what happened to me Hillary. I have no idea how I got it but it was upto date, showed my total sales to date.

Yes it did but there were a lot of zeros as well which were very disappointing :joy:. If it’s old data I won’t lose any sleep over it!

It was just a mystery to me how or where it appeared from. But the information was upto date as I have only had 1 sale in the last 30 days which was showing, and it now looks like I’m going to have to refund as she has just informed me she hasn’t received it yet.

Oh no how frustrating, it’s such a horrible feeling when that happens, all that work for you and the disappointment for the customer. I had an item go missing a few months ago and had been going through the compensation route when it was delivered back to me! It took about 6 weeks to reappear.

Yes it really is. I’d only had 2 sales all year, and only 1 day till all my listings were about to expire, when I received a request to buy one of my prints.
So I took it as a sign not to give up (which I was just about to) and paid for a months Plus. The only problem was the customer was in the Netherlands and the whole sale turned into quite a saga. Which I won’t bore you with.
I was thinking about taking advantage of the discounted annual Plus and giving it another go, but am now having second thoughts

@ChristineJonesPrintmaker and @kokoblue values like number of sales will be an internal value calculated by folksy which would have been updated. The views/ impressions etc have come from an external source so wouldn’t have updated when the stats system switched over.
