Is there anyone who could clarify how the different fees are documented please. In a real muddle with them.
Stripe - takes a fee before payment
Paypal - also takes a fee before payment
Folksy commission fee is billed separately which we pay monthly if we have sold something.
Where do I look for the documentation for fees? Folksy? Stripe and Paypal dashboards? Or is there a complete fee breakdown in one place of all of the different fees?
I am going to have a cuppa and rest my poor tired head and come back to this later.

If the payment is via Paypal then they take the payment and deduct their fee from it before giving you the balance.
No Folksy commission is taken by Paypal. so at the end of the month you will get a bill from Folksy for commission taken on any Paypal sales.
If the payment is via Stripe then they take the payment and deduct their fee from it before giving you the balance. They also deduct the Folksy commssion so the amount you receive from them is net of Stripe and Folksy commssion and you will not be billed by Foksy at the end of the momth for any Stripe paid orders.
Stripe commission is less than Paypal.
