I thought when a customer pays by Stripe, Stripe take their fee and Folksy’s 6% before paying into your bank account, and the sale is shown on your monthly bill as info only and not charged. My bill has a Stripe sale showing the 6% fee but it has been included in the total to pay, am I missing something here?
Yes stripe take the folksy fees at the point of sale and pay the rest into your bank account, the folksy fees for stripe sales are shown on your bill to help with accounting. If I look at my bill for Dec all of my orders (stripe or paypal) were included in the subtotal but the outstanding amount was only for the paypal ones without them showing that the already paid fees from stripe sales had been deducted. Are you looking at the subtotal or the outstanding amount? I only had to pay folksy fees for the paypal sales.

Hi Sasha, I understand now, would be useful to have the amount you actual pay showing on the invoice too. Thanks for explaining.
