Views of Hidden items

I have hidden all the larger items in my shop leaving just the greetings cards, which I can send without going to the post office.

Checking my stats each morning, I’m seeing lots of views of my original paintings, which are hidden! I can only assume I’m doing something right with my tags and photos as people are not only finding the items in searches but still wanting to click across to view them. Just hope everyone comes back again to buy once they can!

Hidden items don’t (or at least shouldn’t) show up in folksy search but google may well be finding them in a cached version of your shop. The views might also be coming into the site via external links eg they’ve found the item on pinterest/ social media and clicked through. Proves you’re producing click worth images though.
