great work Jeanie…

Your sea view painting is really pretty, Jeanie!

Nice one Jeanie. waving back.

Very pretty painting Jeanie, I think that’s my favourite of yours.

Fab review Stephie, I like that you tried them over a few paintings too

Thanks Max, I’ll certainly be making good use of them used alongside with my other watercolours. I can’t see me doing many limited palette paintings though.

I’ve been using atelier acrylics, much slower drying than usual acrylics.

I’ve finally home and fed so can catch up on the days events on here. Lovely work all, I particularly like those cakes of Stephies! Off to read the blog now, back in a bit…

Fab review of the pudding paints on your blog, Stephie! I’ve just read it and impressed with how you’ve managed to incorporate them into your existing palette. The pudding paintings are making me very hungry!

Are they thick enough to use with a knife Tessa?

Thanks for the pudding love, and big thanks to those who have left comments, I really appreciate it as comments increase my visibility in Google searches.

About the daily/weekly thread, I’m finding the weekly thread is actually a good idea, as I don’t have to check the end of the previous day’s thread in case I missed something. Also, if I show something quite late on a daily thread, it often gets missed. Having a weekly thread avoids that

Yes that is a big bonus of the weekly thread. I find the heart thing a mixed blessing as it discourages further chat. On the other hand it is nice sometimes not to have to say anything other than giving an " I like that" heart.

It was a bit of a squeeze Pam, the empty half pans were ever so slightly bigger than the W&N ones already in my set. The good news is that they won’t be falling out any time soon

Stephie I wasn’t using them with a knife. They are heavy bodied so u could. I used lots of flow medium.

Just sold that painting on f. book…only been shown for a couple of hours…wish I could sell on folksy that quickly! x

Sometimes it goes like that jeanie. I point fb at my shop because I often get multiple purchases that way. Customers will pop over for one thing, browse my shop and check out with a couple.
