That’s beautiful Max.
That is lovely Max, sorry to hear about your Dad - hope he has a better Day.
Morning Margaret
I’ve been having busy week, very productive so that is good, two sales yesterday, not from folksy … although I was just looking and I am approaching the 100 mark here, its been a great month so far for Art In Wax …
I am showing this ACEO today … just right for a bank holiday
Amazing sunset Hazel, I love the sunsets I bought from you and admire them every day!
Sending best wishes to you and Dad Max.
Gaynor
Thank you Margaret I’m glad they bring you pleasure, I am rather fond of them myself - I have one in the lounge double mounted and framed and I love it’s colourfulness and yet peacefulness too if that makes sense
Hope you have a good day
Hazel
Thanks Hazel, I am indeed having a good day! Some art supplies I ordered from Jackson’s website have arrived and I’m looking forward to playing with them over the long weekend.
I bought some W & N Windsor lemon, cobalt violet, cobolt turquoise light and davy’s grey. Also some Holbein watercolour Bright Violet, which is going to be a bit experimental! Also some bockingford hot pressed paper. This is all because of the Anna Mason book I bought a week ago, these are colours she recommends, fortunately I already have most of the others. The paper she recommends is way too expensive for an amateur like me so bockingford will have to do!
Also, I’m looking forward to seeing Judith Farnworth again on Monday, she’ll be at the Castle park arts centre at Frodsham. She’s exhibiting there and will be doing demos on the Bank Holiday, can’t wait!
Morning all…Max, I hope your dad is improving today…sending healing vibes …great work
Hazel there’s that naked man again…lol…lovely sunset.
Waving Margaret…waving Gaynor
Just listed this one.

very pretty Brenda
Margaret you’ll have a good bank hol with lots of colours to play with! Say hi to Judith from me.
Lovely colours Hazel in that sunset.
Lovely landscape Brenda
Here’s my first brusho and ink creation. I also made a really simple and very colourful retirement card and a couple of promising looking backgrounds.
wow the colours in that butterfly are very intense. I’m very interested in how you get on with the brusho, I’ve been tempted to get some but have resisted so far!
Stephie that is lovely…when I have time I will get round to the brusho too
I have just done a stock take and as well as all the paintings I have listed, plus over 60 waiting for listing, I have SOLD (across the board) 193 paintings THIS YEAR so far…not bad eh?
My talk folksy button has disappeared , the only way I could get on here was by googling “talk folksy”…is it a blip or what?.
Just wanted to say that I am going off line for tomorrow as it is our 45th wedding anniversary and we are going for a photo session and a meal…so won’t be around…
I just checked again and I don’t have the toolbar at the top…well I do but it is a different one without the talk folksy in red… I wondered if they had moved it but cannot find it anywhere…luckily I can google it but it is a bit odd…help…
Buttons just popped back up on the new menu thingy! Afternoon all, glad to report dads responding well so we have everything crossed it stays that way.
Loving that brusho Stephie the textures look similar to inks, may add them to my birthday list lol!m
Those colours sound amazing Margaret especially the violet
Way to go Brenda, no idea how many I gave sold but I’m sure it’s not that many. Your on the front page too Brenda, loving the new look, looks like the heating works
Well I just surprised myself I looked back over the past year and was amazed to find I have sold 130 paintings! Wowzer!
Congratulations on all those sales, Max, and glad that your Dad’s a bit better today!
OOOH thanks Max, I didn;t know I was on the front page…time to party !!!
glad your dad is improving…healing or heating…ha ha (probably both)…
