In order to produce the best images for my products, I need to know the Aspect Ratio (Xpx by Ypx, DPI/PPI). It would also be nice to know the expected Total File Size result (which I can calculate from above), which I believe is 2MB.
Calculations:
Aspect Ration: 4:3 (very standard)
Total File Size: 2MB
Therefore: Xpx=1224, Ypx=1633, DPI/PPI=58.75
As the standard for monitors is 96 DPI/PPI, the file size needs to be increased to 5.3MB
The final result is:
Xpx=2667
Ypx=2000
DPI/PPI=5.33MB
Is it possible to have the file size increased to this amount please.

To access the forum - once you’ve signed in to your folksy account you will see ‘hello XXX’ top left ish next to the folksy logo and there is a little down arrow next to it. Click on this and it will bring up a drop down menu. Second option is ‘talk folksy’, click on that and it will bring you to the forum.
