I hate to be the odd one out, but my views are on the up and I had two sales yesterday, and three the week before. I think it is going to get busier on the run up to Christmas and I’m going to hang tight and stick with Folksy

It’s hard to tell with mine, as I’ve been doing a lot of editing and tidying up the last couple of weeks, so the views include quite a lot of my own ones, which distorts them dreadfully. I’ll be keeping an eye on them going forward though. Last year my views didn’t really pick up until the end of October - I think people are leaving it later every year to start their xmas shopping. November was my best month on here last year.
I agree with you Claire @TheDragonflyLane. My views are also up this week and I have had 8 sales in the last week. I think everybody should at least give Folksy a go until Christmas.
@ciesse November was my best month last year also.
However I still preferred the front page as it was with lots of small pictures, the recently listed and the best sellers!!

About the views count: If I log in with Chrome, my views count. If I log in with Firefox, I don’t think they do. They look normal to me.
Sorry to hear that you are moving on Samantha I am having the same problems - hardly any views and no sales. This has happened since beginning of September, I have been on here since end of October 2013 and had quite good sales and views then this dramatic plunge. There is something wrong somewhere - not so much the sales but the views. My plus account is up for renewal at the end of the month and don’t know whether I will bother to renew. It really is such a shame isn’t it?

When I looked at the homepage this morning, before signing in, it was really boring…just 3 pictures, all three were brown or beige and not very inspiring. I am sure the items themselves were lovely, but all three on the front page just looked bland.
This is the shop window to Folksy and it would not have encouraged me to look any further if I was new to the site. It needs to show more variety of colour and style.

I agree completely about the homepage before signing in, there is nothing there to tempt anyone to look further. The signed in front page is just as bad, can’t understand why they changed it, there used to be lots to see and lots of activity now so boring and uninspiring. This change definitely coincided with the poor viewing figures (mine anyway).

I’m keeping my fingers crossed that they will sort it out. I renewed my plus account only last week so will be around for the next year 
however I can’t risk losing the Christmas sales so have opened another shop else where. I don’t want to leave folksy but feel that I have no option 
I will be here relisting my items daily, but all new stock will be listed in my new shop until things get sorted here. If it doesn’t improve then my shop will close
Hope things pick up here for you (and all of us) and good luck with your new shop.
You know when you wait for a bus for so long that you think it’s never going to come? That’s how I feel about my sales at the moment…
Christine you know what they say about buses … You wait ages for one to come and then they all come at once !! Let’s hope that’s the same for sales ! For you and all of us here on folksy 
I sent 4 pieces of Art In Wax on Friday all overseas sales and all via my Etsy store. I also has several sales there and via Facebook in September and yet my shop here which has three times as much stock (as I have a plus account ) hasn’t had a sale since August. So it’s not that people aren’t buying but they obviously can’t find me here which is odd as I promote here probably more than anywhere else as I’m trying to get my plus account money back !!! So I’m at a loss now to know what to do … Wait it out I guess
Hmmm… I suspect the buses may be on strike …

This is very depressing and I thought it was just me! Outlets are hard to find at the moment for me but I keep on looking.
Only 7 views yesterday, and I have a feeling at least 4 of them were me! I’ve tried re-shooting photos and altering the listing titles. I had 1 sale in August, since then zilch! It’s all so disheartening, I wish I hadn’t bothered upgrading to a plus account.
