WIP - What's on your craft table today

A mess…
and amongst the sawdust and some various chainsaw parts are some new acquisitions which I have ideas for. Just got to find time to make them reality now…

Nothing at all, which is very unusual for me. Ive lost my mojo in the heat I think.

Just finished this. Reminiscent of a 1940s pub piano with slightly yellowed keys

My wip are bear restorations…very stressful few days, i will be pleased when they are done…just finished George he is huge. He is stuffed with wood wool which I am ultra sensitive to and being so big I was covered. Think when my current patients are all finished I may hang up my restoration tools for good to concentrate on better things for my shop. I do have some small items ongoing for my evenings but no pics yet

Not for selling. But I’ve just cut out another pair of these trousers in a grey. They’re so comfy and cool.

Ah thanks. I’m always in jeans, but I do love these. And so cool for this hot weather lately. @Bearlescent

I have a new toy. A teeny tiny ink free printer which I have been playing around with.

I have been looking for a way to recreate the tinted black and white pictures popular in late Victorian/Edwardian era - I have one of some distant relatives.

This little printer produces tiny little black and white images of my photos which I hope to tint and use the images in my collage work.

Here are my first 3 goes - I think it has legs as a technique but needs much more practice and experimenting by me.

Done a pile of highland cow earrings to go with the brooches. The keyrings are already listed in my Folksy shop but the earrings usually go as soon as show them at a craft fair, like next weekend. If I’ve got any left, I’ll put them in my Folksy shop but I won’t be making any more until Christmas otherwise - I hate doing them, they’re small and time-consumingly difficult to make two enough to look the same!

Aww I can’t wait to see your ted whole again.
Rosie just needs a clean, her human friend has bought her a little victorian dress to wear. X
