Suggest trying on another device. Maybe they need to clear the cache?

If they continue to have the problem you might find it easier to send them a direct Paypal invoice. You can then easily get the order marked as paid manually.
Also do check that you have your correct Paypal email address set up against your Folksy account. As it is your first order you might not have.

Hi there, update I made the sale, I done as @JOYSofGLASS mentioned after another attempt was made and sent an invoice. The payment is on hold until I provide tracking info and the customer receives the item but I think this is because it is my first payment in my paypal business account. So yay I am so chuffed… again thank you all for your help x
Well done @GrannyDazzleCrochet on the sale and getting it sorted. You really don’t need a panic on your first sale do you, but hopefully it will get easier now. Onwards and upwards! xxx
