Hi. I have had a lady want to cancel an order this afternoon, she wanted to pay by card and it has gone through PayPal even though she doesn’t have or want an account. I explained it has just used PayPal as a guest payment not created an account. Anyway I am now trying to cancel the order but can’t see an option, any help with how to do this.
The first thing I would do would be to refund her payment by Paypal so that you are square with the customer. Then contact Folksy support to let them know the sale has fallen through.
Thats a shame @Melsey …do you have stripe set up? If you add stripe to your shop customers can then choose to pay by card or by paypal. I have had a few sales go through with customers using Stripe instead of paypal
