hi i’m changing banks and need to move my direct debit for my folksy plus membership, will i need to cancel my plus account membership that i already have and restart it again or is there somewhere i can just put the new information in, i dont want to loose my plus status or loose out on this months fees that i’ve already paid.
Advice greatly apprecciated

I would contact Folksy and they will tell you what to do. I cannot imagine you would have to cancel anything as payments are in the background.

Banks normally have a switching service which will transfer all direct debits over from an old account (even with a different bank) to the new account without any disruption. Is that not an option?

Hi @SashaGarrett Sasha not an option as i’ve already closed the other bank account so no direct debit can go from there now. have e-mailed folksy, thank you
