I just came across a panel that had the word “Tags” at the top so I tried entering some tags but then could not do anything with them.
My approach t this has been that of the old monkeys typing Shakespeare as I am not familiar with Canva.

Hmmm… I’m not sure what the Tags were on Canva but you don’t need them.
If you have another look at the file now you should be able to download it without the Canva logo. I’m really sorry about that.
If you still want to add your own shop name, you should be able to do that as text as another layer on the top.

So I’m sure I saw this mentioned somewhere this week but can’t find it now, despite mindless scrolling up and down!
I’ve got my badges onto my photos and ready to launch my listings and post on socials, but I don’t seem to be able to use the standard Folksy Craftmas Market template from Canva - when I ask it to download, it says it has 3 lots of Premium content so I can’t as I’m using the free version.
Should we just be adding our own photo to this template and not trying to download a copy of the page as created?

I’m having the same problem. I think it’s the image of the bauble that’s a Canva premium image and most of us are using the free Canva

Ah, I thought your problem was with a watermark. Perhaps your post is the one I remembered seeing…
It did say that it had 3 Premium elements when I tried to download it, so might be more than the bauble

It was a different Ruth (@StudioRed49) with the watermark, but I discovered today it’s still showing the watermark!

Yes it looks like you need premium canva so I guess they’ll need to change that or we can’t use some of the templates I only have the free one as well.

I’ve just spent five minutes tinkering and replaced the bauble with a circle. Will this do, do you think? Feel free to nick it, if so!

The event is free to all Folksy Plus sellers, the team captains are there just to help promote you. 
You need to use tag ‘craftmas’ for the items you want to include in the event.

I have had trouble loading the templates to my photos or vice versa. I can do it but when I try to upload/download canva tries to charge me a fee for the design on my products in my own photos?
