hi, i have had a person buy something from my shop but they have not payed, it has been 4 days now i have contacted them via email but had no contact, where do i go from here an what happens as iv been charge? x
You can go to your order and there is a box you can tick to cancel it. You won’t be charged then.
Kimberley @createfuls - unfortunately this does happen some times.
It’s usually best to contact them as quickly as you can in case they had a problem with checkout.
If you don’t hear back quite soon then you can normally say goodbye to the sale.
Occasionally customers don’t realise that they haven’t actually completed the payment process.
As Christine @coatimundi says, if the order has not been paid for within 24 hours you can cancel the sale. It will go back into your shop and Folksy won’t charge you any commission or relisting.
