Hi, I was just wondering if it is possible to delete some of your old sales so they are no longer visible when someone clicks on your sold items? I’m thinking of moving in a new direction so would like to remove some of the old images of my work that show up in my previous sold items xx
Go to Dashboard, Listings, Out of Stock, tick those you want to delete or click all and delete.
One thing to consider is that if the items have been shared eg on pinterest, then those links will break if you delete the item. You might want to leave them so that anyone coming from outside will reach your shop.

I’ll reiterate Helen’s point - at the moment if some one clicks on an external link to one of your sold items (eg a link on facebook / pinterest or a blog) they end up on the listing but with a ‘sorry this item is unavailable’ banner so they can easily get to your shop. If you delete the listing and a link gets clicked on they will end up on an ‘error, we can’t find that page’ with no easy way of finding your shop.
Another thing to consider is that deleting old sales will also affect the reviews (if they’ve been reviewed!).
Yes they are good points so I will check racha item before I delete it- I would still like to delete some- it’s a bit like when you look back at old hair styles, at the time they were right but you’d rather move forward from them without the permanent reminder! Xx
