I thought I would start this thread, do you think its a good idea?

The idea is to go to the person’s facebook page above you and like their page and in return they return the like to your page. I will start it of with my facebook page www.facebook.com/kearse.craftaholic

Esterina xx.

Hi Esterina. Brilliant idea :))). Will toddle off and like yours in a mo. Something to be aware of though: to make sure that the like-count goes up, it may be necessary to like from our personal page, not our business page. At least that’s what I have to do. A bit of a fag, but I want to see that my likes are doing some good, ;))))

you do have to like from your personal page only, not a business page.

And then interact with that page! or the like doesnt’ do any good…

I think quite a lot of folks get that one wrong. Sigh. FB don’t exactly make it easy. Sigh, sigh, sigh
… cheering up again though

It’s a nice way to find new Pages to look at. I do only “Like” someone’s Page on Facebook, if I really intend to follow their posts and look at their makes.
Also, Facebook doesn’t make it easy - as Mecki says - and if you just “Like and run”, it actually has an adverse affect on the stats etc for that page. The more interaction your page gets, the more Facebook shows posts to others. So, just adding a “like” but not interacting with a page will help to cause Facebook to limit that page’s exposure.
Good Thread Esterina!
