Feed back From Customers

Good afternoon, This is my first time posting and wish to ask why I am not getting any feed back from my customers, I have sold 4 items Hmm since November, now when I click on the name of the customer all it shows me is a badge with a question mark in it, are all my customers Guests, or do they have an account with folksy, and how do I see if they have purchased from other shop keepers and left them feed back.
This is a worry as I believe feed back gets more sales, as the buyer knows they are safe to purchase items and the product will be of high standard, please can I have some advise about this, thank you big crafty hugs from johnricharddesigns.

If you go to your dashboard and scroll down on the left hand side towards the bottom you will see a tab labeled ‘feedback’, clicking on this will show you all orders where feedback could be left (either by you about the buyer or by the buyer about the transaction) - if the order doesn’t appear here then the buyer was a guest and can’t leave feedback (which is a flaw in the system too many of us). It is possible to track through and see who has left feedback about a buyer but it is not possible to see what the transaction was for (or when) or if the buyer left feedback about the seller.
I’ve had emails from purchasers (with folksy accounts) telling me how happy they are with their purchase but they have opted to not leave feedback on the site so I’m not sure how obvious it is to a purchaser how they go about leaving feedback. I also think that people are getting fed up with being asked for feedback (I think at the time of purchase they are asked to rate the site as well), I wouldn’t worry about it.

Thank you for your reply Sasha.

I agree - leaving feedback for purchases is just another chore for many online buyers. Its not something you immediately think to do when you receive a purchase unless you are unhappy with the item. Its often not until you revisit a site, be it Folksy or any other online shop, for a further purchase that you think to do it. I used to stress over not receiving feedback and while I agree it is always nice to have good feedback I now tend to think if I dont hear anything the customer must be happy.

Thank you, I think I will stop stressing and just carry on, Thanks Roz.

i dont get much feedback either but do get emails to thank me.
