Hope you feel better soon Sue @SueTrevor and Sarah @thedotterypotter, that pain sounds a little like when I tore a ligament in my shoulder in the car accident last year, the only thing they recommended was massage the sore area. Also do check your pillows, I suffer backache which is sometimes my lower discs but sometimes is from when my pillow slips and I sleep awkward, apparently the pain can also come from over stretching spinal cord if your neck is not in the correct position too. That can be remedied by lying on your back with a rolled up towel under your neck, it actually hurts but after a few days it does get better

Just back in from work, what a day writing policies for the practice, eurgh, not my favourite job, actually not my job at all, just delegated! Ho hum!
My actually item for today, now the sun has come out, is a pretty purple banded agate gemstone keyring or handbag charm.

Ooh it does feel quiet here now that the family have all left! Spent a great Easter holiday with our two younger sons and their families. Also managed to Skype the US contingent yesterday and was delighted to learn that they’re planning to come over for a visit in August! It took me a while to get back to crafting, hence the late listing, but I’ve caught up with most of the news. Hope you’re feeling a bit better, Sarah @thedotterypotter and Sue @SueTrevor. Lovely to see some more new people on here. And thanks once again Max @MaxPringJewellery for all the amazing stuff you do!

@thedotterypotter I wonder if you might have trapped a nerve, as the pain is extending from the elbow to your little finger! Gosh I hope it improves soon.
Sounds like your mattress and you are not going to get along. I know you have just spent out on a new one, but if it causing you such pain, you might have to reconsider. You can get half and half mattresses, one side to suit your partner and one side you. We have a mattress that has each spring individually pocketed, as hubby and I are at different ends of the weight spectrum. No roll together and I could jump up and down on my side and not move him, although me shouting Wheee! might wake him up, lol!

I’ve put a king size, winter weight duvet under my mattress topper - fingers crossed for a less painful night! I do suffer from sciatica, so it’s a combination of that, lower back pain and neck and shoulder pain! I will try to keep my neck straight tonight too - will report back in the morning - lol!

Taking daughter for dental appointment today and might do a bit of shopping while we are in town.
Still not sure about this mermaid … she got decapitated yesterday and fitted with a new head and is looking better and as I have the plus account I might as well list her! We shall see!

@thedotterypotter Fingers crossed you had a more comfortable night - the symptoms you are describing for your elbow sound a bit like mine when I have an impinged nerve in my neck /shoulder. If it carries on much longer I’d go and see an osteopath or your GP especially with the discomfort with the rest of your back at the moment.
