Afternoon everyone. Just had lunch with my parents.
Work emailed me yesterday and as from next week I’m working every Friday during the school summer holiday. Not sure if it’s actually school or like a summer club I’m going to. Sometimes we even take vulnerable adults to their work placement.

Goodness, this thread is very busy just lately. Every time I turn my back there are oodles of posts to catch up with!

Caroline @Caroleecrafts you are so right! Like Angela @aamjewellery, I immediately thought of Curly Wurlys. There’s a theory that these things are the same size but seemed bigger when we were kids because we were smaller. I don’t believe it for a second - they are definitely not as big as they used to be!

Love your sock bag Coral @CoralRoseCrafts and your stacking rings Angela @aamjewellery.

I managed to get my photos done so here’s my new listing. Fly Agaric contains hallucinogenic agents so, having used it as a tag, it’s a good job I haven’t got my shop linked to Facebook yet or I might get banned for selling psychoactive substances  Move up on that naughty step to make space for me Brenda @teabreaks and Carol @decocraftshop

Congratulations to the sellers.
Hats off to all those who remember so fondly the confectionery of long ago. I can just about remember my kids liking Teddy Tots and Tiger Tots.
Can you put me down for three more sales please Max @MaxPringJewellery.
Today I do have a new listing - just as well because the listing I thought was about to expire has evaporated. So here is a bird brooch.

Missed listing yesterday (though I did love you all!) Grandchildren arrived to be looked after for the morning, bearing curtains which needed altering, so I had those to do all afternoon. Busy, busy, busy…
Today’s listing:

I’ve decided to add a textile collection to my shop. Otherwise they’re just sitting in a cupboard doing nothing at all.

Hi @CoralRoseCrafts thank you, I live on the Isle of Wight so all of my glass comes from there. Mind you there are lots of different beaches here so I’m spoilt for choice. I like the sound of a beachcombing bag, I usually take two carrier bags with me, one for the keepsies and one for plastics and other rubbish that goes straight in the bin! I figure that if I’m taking treasures from the beach its only right that I should take things that are clogging up our beautiful oceans :whale: :tropical_fish: :octopus: :fish:

I’m off to Cornwall in September so am getting excited to discover new treasures there.

I know I saw a beachcomber bag pattern recently. I’ve just been looking for the pattern and I can’t find it! I can picture it! I could reproduce it and make my own pattern but that would require more effort… It was a round bag with a little handle perfect for collecting rocks, shells etc. Better than a carrier bag! I’ll keep looking.

Seems no matter what happens, at the moment I just can’t get here any earlier. Doesn’t help that hubby is doing some DIY, which unfortunately he just can’t do in his own and has to get me involved in too!

Anyway - caught up and loved to here.

Here is my listing for today - some sparkly new earrings

Oo, I got my first review for one of the face masks I sold. 5 stars and she said it was well made. Very pleased about that.
