I know Folksy very kindly offered zero commission for Plus sellers during January so the bill will be zero. However, although the sales I have made using stripe are showing on the bill, those made using Paypal do not show. This is likely to upset my accounts at the end of the year as I use the bills to check what sales I have made. Is there anyway to correct this @Folksyadmin or will I just have to remember!?
I’ve asked via the captains group as Folksy might see that sooner, I’ll try and remember to report back if I get an answer. I’d keep a separate note of the paypal sales as a reminder that the bill might not match (print out that bill and write on the bottom of it the other sales perhaps)
