Hi, I am trying to renew my Folksy plus account but there is only an option to pay £5 a month, not the annual fee. It says that it is £45 a year. I dont want to pay £60 a year.
How can I pay the £45?
If I subscribe monthly can I cancel at any time?
That’s weird you have one option showing but not the other, has your account expired yet? Apparently you can only renew once it’s expired.
They’re meant to have changed to automatically renewing accounts (you just cancel if you don’t want it to carry on), but apparently that’s only for accounts that have set up/renewed since February (NOT November like the help article says).
Yes my plus account expired a while ago , maybe over a year. I just did the monthly pay option because I wanted to list some items
