hi, i have just set my account back up i will be selling my handmade jewelry. i have got the folksy plus account as i will have quite a few to list, when will the money be removed from my bank? is there a particular date? as i payed last night but its still in there, thanks
You would be best off emailing support@folksy.com and querying it with them but I think it should happen within a week.
I think the money goes within a week of setting up, but the e-mail confirming the subscription has a date at the bottom stating that the money will be taken on or shortly after xxth September 2018.
Do you get your free listings as soon as you’ve signed up to the plus account, or do you have to wait until the payment has gone through?
I was thinking of starting up again once I get back from holiday, I just wondered if there’s a delay if it’s better to sign up now before I go, then everything is ready for when I return.
It should say plus on your main shop page, to the right of your name. If it says plus you should be able to list right away
