Hi. I’ve been trying all weekend to add new stock to my shop. I got a couple of items listed, and then the photos stopped loading. I can’t add photos to current listings either.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Has anything changed about what photos we can load recently, that I might have missed?
I have been adding new photos on new and old listings, and had no issues. Have you checked the size of your photos in case they are too large? or do you get any errors? Sometimes it can be a bit slow, but other than has been alright for me. Doing it from laptop using Microsoft edge (in case it matters).
I’m on my laptop. Have checked the sizes etc - they’re all ok. I got a couple of listings done Saturday morning, but since then, not a single photo has loaded.
There haven’t been any changes to how the photos need to be since the beginning of the year (that they now need to be jpg). I’ve just checked and I’m not getting any problems myself either.
If they still won’t upload, email support@folksy.co.uk with a screenshot of any errors you’re getting, and include one of the photos you’re not able to upload.
And usual troubleshooting - try in a private window/different browser if you can to see if that makes any difference.
Thanks. It was working fine the other day, and after a couple of listings, it just stopped loading the pics. I’m using jpegs, the right size etc, and chrome as my browser, which is usually recommended. There aren’t any error messages, the pics just don’t load. I’ve tried different photos, so it’s not just one image that’s the problem.
Just thought I’d check here before messaging support, as sometimes there’s a site issue that affects everyone, but as everyone else seems to be able to list ok, I’ll get on to support.
