Hi, a customer ordered personalized cards but have not specified which of the names are adults so I can’t size the reindeer appropriately. I have emailed via folksy but no reply and I say I will post in 3 days and as I’m new I really, really, really want to please but don’t know what else to do!
have you tried to email them? or when they ordered them did they leave a phone number?
Try the email address on their paypal receipt, if it’s a different one. Sometimes those get picked up more often. Otherwise just wait - they will probably pick up your message eventually and you can explain why there may be a delay.
