Oh my gosh - this is so useful! Thank You!

Even just using it for a few minutes has helped me find some very long forgotten listings!

Ooh saw this post so popped over to see what has changed, much easier, i am a bit ocd with my listings and have to have them in a certain order and it was a bit of a pain before having to click move to top on each item to get them in the correct order then missing it and having to start again  … much better and a lot quicker @aaronfolksy

Hi, Is it just me but it has all my non current items in the list with the current? That makes it rather confusing or am I missing something?

Yes, an extra column to identify if the item is “for sale”, “expired” “draft” etc… would be useful

I like that Shopkeeping is divided up into your shop pages, thank you for that.

Erm, I just accidently deleted a collection name instead of editing it and have now re-created it and then added all the items that was in the original collection to the new collection but the collection itself is not showing in my shop.

Is there something I’m missing or is this a glitch?

Ok, the shop collection has now appeared with a 1 in it, meaning 1 item, but if I click on it all 18 items are actually in there

Hmmm, interesting. As I edit each item that is in that collection to include a tag that I forgot to add, I am also clicking off and back on to the shop collection tag thing within the listing and now the number showing on the collection thumbnail at the top of my shop is slowly increasing.

Absolutely brilliant!!! I haven’t been able to tidy my shop or move new listings to the top for so long, it was driving me mad!

Thank you!!!

I think when I have altered collections it’s sometimes taken until next day to show properly in my shop.

I’ve only been back here about a week and a half after many years, moving my items one by one from “the dark side” as everything needed to be reformatted to the text allowance on here. When I first created the shop collections and added to them they were showing up immediately, which is why I was thinking that something’s a little amiss.

I’ve recently noticed that collections have a bit of a delayed reaction.

The new ’ shopkeeping ’ is brilliant . Thank you so much :tada:

Thank you for the new ‘search all’ feature - it works brilliantly. However… I use the ‘copy listing’ function a lot and right now I can only go to ‘edit’ once I’ve found the item. Could you consider making it possible to copy a listing once we’ve found it with the search, please?

I would triple like that if i could.

A temporary solution is to edit qty to zero. You can then easily find it in your outbid stock, copy it and then restock the original.

If you go to your dashboard, click on listings then you can find and copy or edit your stock more easily. You can look through 4 sections, for sale, out of stock, expired and draft. That should make it easier for you.

Thanks Joy and Sue! I have been finding things via the ‘listings’ page, yes - but I have quite a lot of listings with similar titles and the thumbnails mostly look very similar too, so it would massively speed things up for me if I could just use the lightning-fast search on the new ‘All’ page and then be able to hit a ‘Copy’ button when I find the right listing!

Also @aaronfolksy could we PLEASE have an indication on the ‘All’ page as to which items are sold out and which are currently for sale? Today I’ve been trying to use it to edit tags for this month’s daily themes and I have wasted so much time checking for items that are out of stock - if you just go to ‘Edit’ you don’t see whether it’s sold or not, you have to click on the item title to go to the item page, see the red ‘sold out’ label, click back to the search results (at least those stay there - thank you!) and then do the same for the next item until one is actually in stock. This can then be edited and updated… but then the search term has to be typed in on the ‘All’ page again in order to start the process of finding the next item that’s actually in stock… I have no idea whether a fix for this would be technically a lot of work for you to do but I do know it would save me a lot of clicking!
