Urgent admin help required

Hello, I have contacted admin (using a support link) to cancel an order which is outstanding. I refunded the customer and she purchsed two different items instead. The order remains outstanding despite this, the order has been refunded. this morning I clicked on shipped thinking it was a dropdown and now it is showing as posted.? What am I supposed to do? Thanks B

First, don’t panic!
Admin will sort it out for you when they have finished their breakfast.

I haven’t received any email asking me more questions. I have refunded the customer as she purchased soap flowers for her mother in law then found out she cannot have baths, so she purchased two other items from my shop instead. I just need the soap flower order cancelled and that’s all

Support will need the order number to find the transaction to cancel it. If you visit the order page and look at the url you will see a string of 7 numbers at the end - that’s the order number. The time and date that the order was placed and whether it was a stripe or paypal payment will also help them find it in the system. Email those details to support@folksy.com

Thankyou Sasha, I have just looked it up and sent it but missed out the payment method and time of the order. Oops!

If admin sees this the time and date 2024/03/15 09:27:48 and method of payment was paypal
