How do I change my Folksy forum email?

Yesterday I took the massive step of changing my Freeserve Folksy email to my Joysofglass Gmail address.
That’s all ok so far - have received a couple of missives successfully via the new email but… a forum notification came in via my Freeserve address and though I tried to change it in my forum profile the email is protected so I can’t.

Help.

Have you tried logging out of the forum and Folksy and logging back in again?

Thanks Camilla. That worked.
Took a minute or two to work out how to sign out of the forum but found the option eventually by clicking my avatar top right and the sign out was at the bottom of the drop down. xx
