One year in I have found that unfortunately it isn’t going t be viable for me to keep my sop on Folksy going so how do I close it? I have a small ‘unbilled’ fee to pay but it isn’t giving me the option to clear my account so I can close it. Anyone able to help?
Sorry to hear your leaving, you need to send the amount you owe to folksy via paypal, I think you can just use the same e.mail address you use for monthly payment and then e.mail admin to confirm payment.

I closed an earlier shop I had to start a new one, and as the fees were under a certain amount Folksy waived them for me. If you contact Support and explain the situation they will be able to help you.
