How do I refund a lost package?

I am sure this will have been asked before but I couldn’t find anything when I searched.

I need to refund a customer for a lost order. They paid by Stripe so I assume I initiate the refund through my Stripe dashboard, do I need to email the Folksy team as well?

Yes you can refund through your stripe dashboard, hopefully you’ll be able to claim the item through the courier. Yes let folksy know as they should be able to refund the commission, oh actually I think stripe pay the folksy commission maybe?
