- We need a color photo of your ID, which you can take with a phone, webcam, or scanner
- We accept JPEG and PNG file formats

I am now trying to find out how to cancel Stripe. However because I have to wait 9 days for the payments to go through…I cannot cancel until after the 11th December. I am awaiting a reply on how to take Stripe of my shop whilst I wait for the money to go into my account. Not feeling overly confident that I will get help with this …Lynda
