Where could my payment be?

I sold something last night, and my notification from Folksy tells me they’ve paid by Stripe.

Stripe is sitting empty. No payment has been received, and I’ve not had an email from them.

Last sale I had on this site was May, so I’m a bit rusty.

Why is Folksy order telling me they’ve paid by Stripe, whilst the Stripe site is going “no idea what you’re talking about”? How is that possible?

I’ve contacted Admin for help, but am wondering if I’m just being daft and missing it somewhere.

Issue resolved - I seem to have 2 Stripe accounts, both linked to the same email address and password…I was looking at the other, not the one that’s been used previously.

Would anyone be willing to log into their Stripe Dashboard and check out the wee shop symbol at the top left - if you click on that it allows you to change accounts. I had no idea I had 2, and am wondering if it’s standard.

Does anyone else have two, both called Folksy and both using the same logins?

I wonder what I’ve done wrong…

I’ve no idea how to delete the other account and am actually too feared to in case I do actually wipe all my records and lose it all. Ah well, yet another full body crash into modern technology. I’m being left behind…

Edit - I’ve closed the other account. No idea why it was there, with absolutely no transactions showing. Gone now.
