I’m the same, I had set it up initially where I would manually add my items to facebook and tag them there and instagram. Last year I then changed this so that it automatically would update directly from here.

Hi - Is anyone else still having difficulty linking their shop to both FB and IG?

Yes. My shop got rejected for ‘violating integrity policies’ which I appealed and it got rejected again. Contacted fb and they just said I need to appeal it again 
I gave up even trying to do the catalogue on Facebook last June I think it was, my daughter tried but gave up a week later.
This has all gone now and I can no longer tag as Instagram now says folksy.com is not veryfied.
I think the link maybe broken unless its me
