Hi, I’m fairly new to selling on Folksy and I’ve had a few sales now. I’d like to message/ give feedback to buyers when they place an order but not sure how? Do I use the email address of the buyer or is there a feedback button? I’m not sure if my buyers so far have been guests. TIA for any help

Hi Dawn, welcome to Folksy! You have a really pretty shop - lovely items & photos 
So yes, you just use the email address from the order - I usually just email to thank them, attach their receipt (I don’t print mine), & let them know when I will be posting the order, or to confirm details for made to order items.
You can tell a guest buyer from someone with an account by looking at where it says ‘bought by’ on the order - if there is just an email address then they are a guest buyer (or not logged in). If it has a username in black writing before the email address then they were logged into a Folksy account.

Hi Dee, thank you for replying so quickly and answering my question (and saying nice things about my shop 
). I wasn’t comfortable with not contacting and thanking buyers for their order.
I’ve just had a look at your shop, your jewellery is lovely, I’d say especially your bracelets but I love your necklaces and earrings too!
