Hi All, I have my items on Folksy after closing my E* shop. I have had a sale and now adding more items but not many sales, is this normal at this time of year? I assumed it would be but what about everyone else? Thanks Sam @CoorieknitsbySamantha

I have been really quiet up until this week. I had no sales at all for a few weeks, not even from my little sale collection, that was definitely different from same period last year. Things look to be picking up now, hang in there your knitted scarves and warmers are really beautiful. Xx

Yup. I was busy before Xmas and got 2 sales on the day I reopened, and since then… nothing. I need to up my game with social media, or something - got a few hundred views on my last Instagram reel but so far views have not translated into sales even though with Valentines, Mothers Day and Easter on the horizon I am remaining optimistic

January has been good for me so far with 16 sales. I do promote on FB and Insta daily as well as join in the daily challenge on the forum. Social media is a must on a regular basis.

Last year January was one of my busiest months of the year and this year is going well, so far over £550, but my items are high end so half a dozen orders and I have just added a new collection of bears to my shop.
