Can’t get on the main Folksy site and into my account this morning ![]()
same, thought it was a me problem but tried multiple ways and no joy!
I can’t get on to site this morning Sat. 18 Oct.
@linthamdesigns @seaburdjewellery (and anyone else having this issue) you need to email urgent@folksy.co.uk and they will sort it out (they won’t see forum posts over the weekend)
Just sent email, put it up here to see if anybody else was having trouble before contacting Folksy as it might be me ![]()

Same here, trying to report it, marking it as urgent but don’t know if they work weekends.
…I’ve reported it, but don’t know if it’s a different email address for ‘urgents’ Does any one know?

Cannot even log in to check. Have 500 plus items on there, so will not be happy if lost.
Did that at 6am this morning, reply they are working on it.

Sorry everyone, we appreciate your patience. Seller updates are being prepared and will be released soon.
Doug is still working very hard behind the scenes to resolve the technical issues and once we have a status update we will let you know.
On my tablet this morning I cleared cookies etc thinking the problem was my end and this logged me out the forum and I can’t log back in.
Fortunately I was still logged in on my phone but otherwise I would not be able to access the forum so I agree that an email, or at least social media updates would have been helpful.
I did get a reply when I emailed the urgent email but that was hours ago with no update since.
You may have noticed that there have been some improvements since the last update and we are hopeful that Folksy will be back up and running smoothly very soon.
Doug has been working tirelessly behind the scenes, without lunch, dinner and only one cup of coffee to keep him going!
