Today’s theme is (British) Wildlife and I have lots of animal jewellery, all tagged, yet they’re not showing. Anyone else got this problem?

Have you used the full tag “british wildlife” - no quotes?
Hi Silvana, I have just looked in your shop at lots of items that would fit the theme of the day but cannot see any with ‘british wildlife’ , just the word ‘wildlife’, it has to be the exact wording. Can you tell me what animal you have tagged?
No I didn’t but that might be the answer! On the list I’ve got, it only says to put “Wildlife” eventhough the them is British Wildlife. I’ll try it. thank you x
It’s OK everyone, @HelenCliffordArt sussed it! My Folksy list says the theme is British Wildlife but the column with what to put is just “Wildlife” so that’s all I’d put. I’m now going through them to add the British bit.

Um… Just had a look and the theme is back to just ‘wildlife’ - which is annoying now you have changed your tags @SilvanaJewellery !
@folksycontent Please don’t change the rules half way through the day! Clearly those of us who tagged ‘british wildlife’ got the tag from somewhere - either the seller email or one of the FB posts - though I see the list on my dashboard is just ‘wildlife’.

Well, that means I’ve got even more showing today then, so I suppose that’s a win for me! But if anybody really is looking for British Wildlife, seeing a giraffe or a koala is going to be a little surprising!!!

Thanks very much for letting us know Helen, otherwise would have just assumed still there! Got to go through all mine again now!
Not only that but people will be cross who see other animals like giraffes and elephants and think people are not playing by the rules also the amount of pages to scroll through will be huge!

Yes, I thought that was what had happened originally, that by putting in just Wildlife, I had been reported for putting in a possum brooch!!
It’s one of those things, someone made a mistake which doesn’t happen that often - I won on this occasion as they did fix it when I reported it - it was all pretty fast. As long as I don’t now get reported by someone not following this thread and I get pulled for putting on a lizard!
I was wondering why mine weren’t showing,vso I changed the tag, now had to change again! Keeping us on our toes. On the plus side, stats now working again.
I’ve just gone through them all again and mine are still not on there, I had a dragon fly and also a snake ring and snake bangle… adder snakes as far as I’m aware are part of British wildlife? I’m confused now!! Did you change the tag? This is typical, first time I have ever done the theme of the day tag because I didn’t realise and it’s all gone wrong 
It’s not you it’s Folksy. This morning it was picking up the tag “british wildlife”. Sometime during the day it was changed to just “wildlife”.

Thank you Helen, thought I’d broken Folksy lol!! So I e changed my tag to just wildlife but still not on there so think I’m just going to give up!

Don’t let this put you off. It seems like it was simple mistake that doesn’t happen much. Once I highlighted the fact that they’d only said to tag “Wildlife” and none of my wildlife (British or otherwise) had appeared, they were fast in fixing it. They were meant to have said that the tag was “British wildlife.” I added that British Wildlife tag then. So I had wildlife and British wildlife. So when they then changed it to encompass all wildlife so that it was fairer for those who’d been caught in the mistake, I got an awful lot of my work picked up! I probably still won’t get any sales out of it though, only had one all year so far!

A few of mine are back on there now but not all which is odd but nevermind. I love your work @SilvanaJewellery its fabulous. Onwards and upwards!! I’m quite new on here, couple of months, only 2 sales both of which were generated by me sharing on Facebook and 2 friends bought, so much as it made me happy I felt like they weren’t real sales if you know what I mean! Lol

Thank you Margaret! Sales can be a bit iffy on here but the support from the staff and the community is excellent, so mich better than the American bunch I was with for several years at the same time, now dumped. I’m mainly a craft fair and gallery seller so the lack of sales isn’t my main focus (fortunately!) but I too get more response when I share to my previous customers on my facebook page. But, a sale is a sale, wherever they come from, just keep joining in wherever you can and it should get easier.

Doesn’t it just!? At least I feel like someone is seeing me again now the Stats are working. I don’t rate this newer version that theold format months ago, but I missed them when they weren’t there!
