Has there been a problem with sending out emails reminding non Plus account members that an item is due to expire? I have just noticed that three of my items expired on August 10th, but I didn’t get the usual reminder so that I could renew them. I have checked my spam box in case the email had been put there, but there is no trace of a reminder email. I have now relisted them, but wondered what had gone wrong.
Anyone else experienced probs around that date? I have had a reminder this morning about other items due for renewal tomorrow, so it seems to be working at the moment, but I rely on these emails to flag up when my items are due to expire. @FolksyStaff
