Evening all 
Wow, what a chatty bunch this month! There’s way too much on here for me to manage to comment individually, so I’ll just say ‘great work everyone!’ It’s lovely to see the variety of styles and themes.
I don’t often get the chance to do straight painting, but someone’s asked me to do some watercolours for a wedding to use for table settings. Here’s a hare I did as a sample of my style - it was fun doing a ‘normal’ painting for a change
I also had an order for £140 worth of signs today, so I’d better crack on with my current commissions list or I’ll be snowed under! Must remember to check and see where that places me on the Folksy Best Sellers list tomorrow

Stephie , yes I posted the card in the Teacher’s gift guide. I did the car specifically because it is near the end of the school year…you never know…

I was in the Top 5 last week, Brenda, after a flurry of sales 
I forget to check a lot of the time, but I’ve never (to my knowledge) made No. 1 - and it’s on my Bucket List, so it would be fab to get that achieved

Like going to your favourite supermarket and everything has been moved…give me a few days and I will work it all out…

Morning all, lovely to see that beautiful hare this morning Sara @DandelionsGallery and everyone else’s beautiful work.
I’ve had no time to catch my breath due to work and family dramas but have a day off work today so time to paint! I’ve not done much but I did this aceo the other day (its listed elsewhere at the moment…;))

Wow Sara @DandelionsGallery you’d best get painting! I’ve only ever been in the best sellers list once, I think it was when I started doing sketch aceos and couldn’t paint them fast enough. They were the days!

Well done indeed Sara…You are lucky Stephie…despite selling loads of aceos in the early days, I have never made it onto the best sellers list or been featured on the front page…maybe one day. In the mean time I continue to paint every day…

Lovely ACEO Dawn, have you used collage in there? Gorgeous.
Hey- what do you lot do with your shop if you’re away for a few days?
I’m going to be away from my stock Thursday to late Friday but can post any orders on Saturday morning. But then I’m away from my stock Saturday until Tuesday… do you think I should close my shop? I’d add a note to my listings but I’d have to go through them all individually, and everyone that shops with you doesn’t necessarily go onto your shop front so they might not see my notice there.
Hi Lowri…put the shop in holiday mode…it is not a problem
Mind you if it is just 2 days then it might as well be left open as you can deal with orders (ha ha) as soon as you get back.

If you’re using the standard 3 day dispatch I’d leave your shop open and email any customers as soon as you get any orders to say when you’ll post them.
If you’ve gone for the 1 day dispatch then close your shop.
