Hello! Help please re Missing images?
I have just reopened my shop after quite a long break and went to relist the items that I’d previously had for sale, however all the photos that I took ages uploading have disappeared?
Can anyone tell me how I get my photos to show up again please?

During the time you were away we had a change to how images were stored, which included moving all images which had previously been uploaded to a new service. There were a lot, and many were from items that hadn’t been listed for years and sellers that hadn’t used the site for many years. I’m afraid images on accounts that hadn’t been used for a few years were not migrated,
This means the listing information will still be there but the images will need to be added again (although hopefully this will be quicker to do now you can select photos in batches and don’t have to upload them one at a time).
We’re sorry for the inconvenience, we tried to pick a cut off point where the listings weren’t likely to be added again, but it’s hard to get perfectly right.
