I have a slightly larger painting today, one thatās been waiting for finishing touches for what seems like an age! Itās varnished and supplied in a mount that I have protected with a coat of pva so it can be displayed with or without glass

Sheesh will it ever endā¦apparently someone on a group I belong to (facebook) wrote something really nasty about meā¦even though he knows nothing about me.I donāt even know who he isā¦fortunately I never saw the message and the group leader deleted itā¦but why me? I hadnāt even made a remarkā¦my leading thread just saidā¦waving Hi to everyone !..and this idiot apparently typed a load of personal abuse ! I think hubby is right about backing off from social mediaā¦I will just show my artwork. SO MANY nasty people out thereā¦
There are some nasty people out there Brenda but they are significantly outweighed by the good and kind ones. If you get pleasure from interacting with the nice ones then keep right on - donāt let the bad few spoil it for you. Just remember that itās the trolls who have the problem, not you.

Hear hear Stephie! Their acts are designed to elicit a response thatās how they get their kicks, so pay no heed at all Brenda, thereās also an e-mail version that tries trick you into giving personal details, they claim to send you a link to āsomeone saying nasty things about youā all tosh! Just ignore them, delete them, block them and carry on

Brenda, have you seen the comment I made on FB about your poppy ACEO and whether itās still for sale?
Iāve been lucky so far and havenāt met any nasty people on FB but I know there are some very unpleasant people around.

Thatās lovely Brenda. Thanks for sorting out the poppy one. I havenāt been well today, went to work, went into the meeting I was meant to be in but bowed out a short while later as I didnāt feel well. Came home, went to bed, fell asleep! I feel better now and should be fine tomorrow, I hope!
