I saw this amazing plant hanger online and I’d like to try my hand at making it for my windows.
Does anyone have any idea what the pattern could be? I’m stuck.

Why not try asking the person who posted the photos? If she is a crafter/seller herself and it’s her own pattern I’m sure she’ll be delighted to sell it to you (and probably not so delighted if you want to make it yourself 
I’d have a wander round youtube: there are lots of macrame videos there. If you could figure out the name of the pattern, that would be a great start.
Just spent an hour looking at macrame videos on youtube. It looks fascinating, but I must get back to my quilting, I enjoyed the break.

I’ve tried asking the maker and they’re not planning to sell the pattern anytime soon 
of all the plant holders I’ve seen, I really liked the look of this one.
I’m not too fussed about an exact copy-more of an idea as it can be adaptable
