Hi I set up shop yesterday, can anyone tell me how long it takes listing to become live and found it search? I’ve typed In all keyword and title ways but they don’t show up.

I think there is a current little issue with the search index not updating for new listings. Someone mentioned a search not showing their things the other day after taking shop out of holiday mode.
I did enter the first words of your apple piece and it didnt come up so searched for my latest listing from 24 hours ago and that has not appeared either.
As far as I am aware new listings do normally appear within about an hour so there could well be a problem.
I doubt, if there is, that it will be solved this side of the holiday weekend but it might be a good idea to drop a note to support if your things are not showing in the search tomorrow so they can get things sorted asap after the holiday.

PS The listing I added on the 28th does come up in the search. Maybe the search indexing is taken a long weekend break

I’m getting the following message on my stats page:
“We’re performing essential maintenance on the stats we provide. During this time your reported numbers will be lower than reality. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this causes and will look to complete the maintenance as quickly as possible.”
My ‘search items’ hasn’t changed on there in the last 3 days, so I wonder if it is linked to your problem?

My Easter Sunday has been a rather exciting gathering of every single one of my husband Bob’s descendants so lots of excited children and I’ve been taking the official photos - as never before have we managed to get them all together in the same room at the same time. AND I had a new camera on Thursday so wanted to try it

If you type in “turtle necklace”, yours comes up 2nd in the results, but with the title being a bit a different to the actual one, (it starts with sea turtle) which it would make me think that this was your first listing and you changed the title, but it still shows the old one. It usually takes a while for changes on the title to show up, not that long though, so I would assume there is a general issue at the moment as already has been mentioned. I searched with your shop and it does come up, but I wasn’t able to find your other 2 items yet. Will look again later x

Oh when my daughter was about 4 we all got together so all the grandchildren could have a photo together, definitely needs updating now, my son is 8 and we haven’t done a new one yet

Ours was a 4 generation thing with Bob as patriarch. I provided him with Bunny Ears as the 'Easter Bunny 
Photos will be out of date in a few months as there is a 9th great grand on the way… And two grands have no offspring … yet

No worries at all. It seems you joined when there was a longer than usual delay for the listings to go live. Both the apple & banana necklace are now appearing, so the listings do come up eventually
