✨ New feature alert: Manage Listings is here!

We’ve given the old ‘All Listings’ page a big glow-up and relaunched it as ‘Manage Listings’ - your new one-stop shop for keeping on top of your items.

With Manage Listings you can:

  • Search your products

  • Edit, copy, relist, hide or delete

  • Filter results and sort by status

Almost everything you need to run your shop smoothly - all in one place! :tada:

We’d love for you to give it a whirl and let us know what you think :backhand_index_pointing_right: https://folksy.com/dashboard/all-listings

This is just the start - ‘Manage Listings’ will keep evolving with more exciting features. And don’t forget, you can still use ‘Bulk Manage Listings’ for quick edits, like updating stock levels in a flash (this has just had a little name change from ‘Listings’, but works exactly the same as before).

I was testing the search facility and didn’t realise since joining Folksy I had listed 49 pincushions, with the bears and dolls I keep records of each one with their names, adoption date etc so i can see at a glance how many I have made but with the embroidered items I’ve never kept a written record.

The images are definitely much easier to see than on the old manage listings which is much better and I really like the fact we can filter the ‘live’ items only from the others. I’ve quite a few ‘hidden’ items, most are things I’ve sold outside of Folksy which would have been useful in the past when I forgot to add the sales into my cash book. It’s definitely a big improvement, I will be using the ‘copy listing’ facility for future listings, I’ve been listing with the App but it keeps throwing a wobbly, it’s only a couple of weeks ago I started using the ‘copy’ listing function which saves so much time.

Yes a thumbs up from me. Oh also having every item that’s ever been listed in my shop with all lf their photos is great, I have something like 11,000 photos on my tablet so looking for an old doll or bear to show someone is a major headache, I just realised tonight I can actually type in doll and clearly see all the dolls I have ever listed in my shop…that’s going to be a very useful feature for me.,

I know I am being thick but I regularly used to go to “listings”…scroll to the last page and renew the whole page…I can’t see how to do that now…??..so if I want to renew items how do i DO it now ?
OK…I found a way…I now have to go to BULK manage listings and just tested it and renewed a whole page…phew…
These changes are not good for us oldies…but yes..I like seeing the bigger pictures and easier if i am searching for an item to edit…sigh…lol.xx

Carol @knittingtopia word listings has gone and you now have to click on BULK manage listings.

I click here

Which brings up this page

Where I make sure I’m on the ‘for sale’ list, then I scroll to the bottom, select the last page of listings and realist the whole last page. Same way I’ve always done it and it’s still working like that now.

I couldn’t do it like that as it came up with over 3000 listings ha ha…lol… it was easier to go straight to where it said bulk manage listings.

I took a while to find it this morning as well, once a week I usually resist around 10 items from my shop, usually half a dozen from the last page and then a few bears, I use to do it the way Brenda does, didn’t realise you could do it from there Carol

Strange as mine only comes up with what’s in my shop and it always has done. Maybe support can help.

Carol @Knittingtopia mine shows all that I have ever listed, sold, deleted and expired.
I am not bothered now that i KNOW I can still do it.x

Mine shows everything if I click on ‘manage listings’ at the top of the dashboard page but if I use the ‘manage listings’ where I highlighted, then ‘for sale’ it only shows items in my shop. Both ‘manage listings’ options show different results. At least you can do it, that’s the main thing.

I am still using the old format for re listing and prefer it to the new version! The new version is too confusing for me.

I am also finding it tricky to get the link to work to get on the forum, the drop down menu wont stay down long enough to click on.

Ah I have the same problem with the drop down menu box, I can’t access the forum from it, I have to go to my shop and use the drop down menu from there

Yes, that’s the only way I have found to do it😥

@seaburdjewellery scroll up this thread and have a look at the screen shots that should help you get to a page where you can bulk relist.

I love the new search facility but wish it was possible to update quantities without having to open and edit the listing. It’s much easier to adjust with the dropdown box in the Bulk Manage Listings section but harder to find any particular item.
