No payment with order?

I had a sale yesterday, and usually I get an email from paypal or stripe confirming a transaction. I haven’t recieved either, so I’m not sure if I have been paid?

Have you checked the accounts of both as sometimes these advices can be delayed.

Have you checked your spam folder to see if there is a message from Folksy saying that the customer is having issues paying? That normally includes the customer’s email address so you can contact them/ send them a stripe/ paypal invoice/ organise some other form of payment.

Did it get sorted, as I couldn’t pay for something just now? @folksycontent
Bit concerned this is happening and people abandoning their baskets.

@Amberlilly I haven’t, but I have just emailed folksy to see if they can shed any light on it xxx

Thanks. As it’s happened to me so who else has it happened to? The page said to contact the seller if you have a problem paying.
