I would like to expand my shop profile and I thought Facebook would offer an opportunity. How do I do this? . I have a personal page on there but would like a separate business one . Any suggestions welcome. Would appreciate simple instructions as I am a total technophobe x

I did notice on your shop front your Instagram link doesn’t work (when you set a link up it is so important that you do a quick check to see it works. You will need to do this when you set up on Facebook page too). The link you should have for IG is https://www.instagram.com/veryviolet59. You’ve only put your IG name.

Under Your Shop / Dashboard…
On the menu down the left hand side, under Shop Settings
Select Shop Appearance and the social media links are on there.
You have filled in your name on the Instagram link but it isn’t complete. Just copy / paste the url link I gave you above into the box and it should work ok.
You need to press the Update Appearance button to commit the change.
