I think it comes up on the front page in the being bought now box then disappears again when they change their minds. Happened to me quite a few times.
I had an order on Sunday also awaiting payment and that email ended in @ max/net
so might be the same person I tried to email but email would nor go through tried again today but still the same so now I am going to cancel the order

Thank you Val for your reply. Maybe it is the same person, I have sent her a second email and will be deleting the sales - sad when sales dont happen.
Val @jenniesgems my manx/net lady has been in touch. I hopefully have written her instructions of how to check out. I did mention in these instructions that she would have to pay each seller separately if she had ordered from more than one seller. It might be worth you checking your emails.

I put a new thread on the folksy forums about this awful advertisementā¦and some kind lady has put the link there, so that you can watch it. If you havenāt seen it (Barclays bank advertisement) go and take a lookā¦I am quite angry that barclays are encouraging people to do this and it might be the reason why we are now getting uncompleted transactions.
