I’ve decided to renew my plus account but bit confused as it’s only offering me a direct debit option of £45 for year or £5 per month, I’m sure I just paid a one off payment last time is this a new way of paying now?

The direct debit isn’t like normal direct debits and only gets taken once so you still have to do it all again next year.
I’ve gone for the £5 monthly option but dashboard is showing expires in 9 days so just as confused, the only thing I can think is it’s in case the direct debit due on the 11th July isn’t paid
It’s obviously more expensive at £5 a month but still good value. I hate paying the lump sum! Lol.
Hi I pay monthly and every month it says it is due to expire. I would keep watching as it t said my account had expired but the payment hadn’t been taken and the DD was still active. I emailed support and they reinstated it at once. This has happened twice so there must be a glitch in the programme
Mine expires one day next week but still no option to make the payment.
Will that suddenly appear on the day my last year’s expires ?
