Has anyone else not had the mibey credut to theur account for pistage costs!
My last couple of orders have been fine. Did the customer contact you because they were having problems paying? Its a known issue that if they don’t check out via paypal the postage doesn’t get added to the order value because the system can’t confirm what sort of postage needs adding (ie UK or overseas) as it doesn’t know the address. You need to do add it yourself when you contact them to organise alternative payment method.
